Carol Pierson Holding is a lapsed capitalist and former brand consultant. Her non-fiction writing focuses on environmental issues and corporate social responsibility. For the past seven years, she has worked for for, serving as an advisor and authoring a blog on climate change which is published on the Huffington Post and other news and CSR websites. Her previous articles on brand and CSR ran from 1995-2008 in business and policy journals such as the Carnegie Council’s Policy Innovations, BrandChannel and Sustainable Brands, and Silicon Valley newspapers.She is currently at work on a book set during the economic crash of 2008 and the burgeoning climate movement.
