Carrie Sturrock is company storyteller for Indow, a cleantech start-up in Portland, Oregon. Previously, she was a staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle; the Contra Costa Times in Walnut Creek, California; The Charlotte Observer in Charlotte, North Carolina and the Concord Monitor in Concord, New Hampshire. She also freelanced sustainability stories and a column for The Oregonian. She lives in Portland with her husband and two daughters in a house dwarfed by two Douglas Fir trees.
