Cedric is a recognized leading social entrepreneur in the realm of international volunteering, learning and travel. He has extensive experience working with countless corporations, international organizations, governments, private foundations, research institutions and universities in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. He has consulted and worked with many grassroots organizations, as well as large agencies like the Inter American Development Bank, United Nations and U.S. State Department. His work has touched nearly every development area, with his specialties being environmental conservation, genocide studies and small business development. He has been invited to speak and present about UBELONG at numerous organizations and universities, including Cornell University, Johns Hopkins University, the Society for International Development and the World Bank.
Cedric has traveled to over 30 countries in Africa and the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas. He has volunteered throughout the world in every sort of capacity, from assisting on rainforest reforestation in the Amazon to small business development in South Africa. Before founding UBELONG, Cedric held management positions with a United States Fortune 500 real estate developer and worked in finance with an English investment bank. Cedric graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in Economics and Management. In addition to his time in the United States, Cedric has lived, studied and worked in England, France, Peru, Portugal and Spain. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
