David Fearnhead

David Fearnhead is the author of Bailey of the Saints. A journalist who mostly specialises in sports he has written for notable publications such as The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, Sports Illustrated, FourFourTwo, and South African GQ. He has been a motoring correspondent for Top Gear magazine and was a leading football columnist in New Zealand. He now presents a weekly sports radio show on Ribble FM

Before picking up the pen he worked in live sports broadcasts covering the English Premier League and the Uefa Cup. He is also a former member of SOBO the broadcasting arm of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games.
