Delia Ephron Screenwriter, Playwright, Author

Delia Ephron is an author, screenwriter and playwright. Her new book, The Girl with the Mermaid Hair, is a young adult fiction novel that explores what happens when a teenage girl’s vanity and insecurity collide with her mother’s hysteria about aging. Delia is also the author of Frannie in Pieces, Big City Eyes, Hanging Up, and How to Eat Like a Child. Her screenwriting credits include The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, You’ve Got Mail, Bewitched, Hanging Up, and Michael. Delia is co-author (with her sister Nora Ephron) of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore, currently playing at the Westside Theatre in NYC. She lives in New York City with her husband and their dog Honey Pansy Cornflower Bernice Mambo Kass.
