Dr. Richard Elmore is the Gregory R. Anrig Professor of Educational Leadership, Administration, Planning and Social Policy, for the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Elmore is also the Board Chair of Generation Ready, where he advises on school leadership and professional development. Richard spends at least one day per week in schools, working with teachers and administrators on instructional improvement.
