Elicia Berger Rozic is a writer, Human Resources professional, and Founder and Principal of Berger Coaching & Consulting. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), she received her training at the world renowned The Coaches Training Institute. For the past decade, Elicia has consulted for The United Nations Children's Fund, focusing on performance and talent management, communications, learning, and career development. She is a published writer, avid reader, baker, donut lover, international traveler and theater-goer, and has performed in numerous storytelling shows and readings.

Elicia attended The George Washington University, where she earned a B.A. in English. During college, she sailed around the world on Semester at Sea, visiting 11 countries in 100 days. She also lived and worked in Vietnam for two years. She holds an M.A. in Intercultural Service, Leadership & Management from School for International Training/SIT Graduate Institute. Having relocated from Brooklyn, NY in 2014, she is now based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
