Huron Pines is a nonprofit conservation organization whose mission is to conserve the forests, lakes and streams of Northeast Michigan. Currently collaborating on the Kirtland’s Warbler Initiative, we have been engaged in using a hands-on approach to improving our natural resources, providing technical support to our grassroots conservation partners and building partnerships between the public and private sector since 1973. In 2013, Huron Pines was honored for our conservation work and inducted into the Michigan Environmental Hall of Fame.
