Irina Nevzlin Kogan is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Beit Hatfutsot -- The Museum of the Jewish People. She was previously the President of the NADAV Foundation, is the Founding Chair of the Israeli Center for Better Childhood (ICBC), Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of Jewish Funders Network (JFN) and a member of the Israeli Prime Minister's Round Table, a forum dedicated to bringing together the private and the non-profit sector to generate positive change in Israeli social policy.

Guided by the ideal of Jewish Peoplehood, Ms. Nevzlin-Kogan has dedicated her life to fostering a substantive and pluralistic Jewish collective identity and forging abiding connections among Jews throughout the world.

Ms. Nevzlin Kogan received both her BA and MA in Economics from Moscow Lomonosov State University and completed a business program at Columbia University in Non-Profit Management. She began her career in strategic communications and lobbying, starting in a small office in Moscow, moving to a bigger office in London working for corporate clients and political parties, and then spending a year as a freelancer before making Aliyah to Israel.
