Jennifer James Founder, Mom Bloggers for Social Good

Jennifer James is an early pioneer of the mom blogging movement and founder of Mom Bloggers for Social Good, a global coalition of 2000-plus mom bloggers who use social media and blogging to advance information to their networks about pressing global issues.

Recently named a Fast Company Most Generous Social Media Maven and a Blogger Changing the World by Babble.com, James routinely travels to middle and low-income countries chasing stories about women and children and the NGOs and global development programs that are improving their lives.

James currently writes for the Gates Foundation blog, Impatient Optimists, as well as for Babble.com. She is a recent recipient of a National Vaccines Fellowship from the National Press Association and two fellowships from the International Reporting Project.
