Jessica Jones, MS, RD, is a Clinical Dietitian at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is also the co-host/founder of Food Heaven Made Easy with Wendy and Jess, a healthy cooking/nutrition web-series with a mission to reduce the risk of obesity by demonstrating how to prepare culturally diverse, delicious, and cost conscious meals at home. In addition to her love of hands on nutrition education and counseling, Jessica has a passion for using media as a tool to promote healthy lifestyles. The California Native received a B.A. in Journalism from San Francisco State University, and has penned hundreds of articles about food, health and culture for publications like Time Out New York, amNew York and Today’s Dietitian.
