Hello! “I Am Joe” and a former Finalist on NBC’s Biggest Loser. The greatest gift Life has to offer is “to know Yourself”. It is a powerful way to deepen inner satisfaction and see yourself, and the world, through a different lens.

My intention is to inspire millions of Americans and others around the world to take that first step towards living the life they were born to live, by changing from within.

Health & Wellness are vital to finding and expanding your inner well being. I would like to share my story with you, and reveal what is possible “on the outside” when you make “changes from within”.
