Jonathan Alpert is a psychotherapist, columnist, executive coach and author in Manhattan. As a psychotherapist, he has helped countless couples and individuals overcome a wide range of challenges including anxiety, time and stress management, relationship issues, and career/workplace concerns to go on to achieve success.
