Kathleen Beckett

Kathleen Beckett enjoyed an inside view of the fashion world during her many years on staff at the top style magazines in the United States: Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour and Vogue, where she had her own column, FYI: Inside Style. Ms. Beckett also wrote her first travel story when she was at Vogue, followed by regularly contributing to the New York Times Travel section and other sections as well: Home, Food, Style and Arts & Leisure. She was a long-time Contributing Editor to Elle. Her articles have also appeared in the International Herald Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, the London Sunday Times, In Style, Conde Nast Traveler, Travel & Leisure, Town & Country, Gourmet, House Beautiful and many more publications. She currently splits her time between New York and Paris, and writes frequently for the New York Times international edition.
