Kathleen Miles is the executive editor of The WorldPost, the international news site of The Huffington Post and the Berggruen Institute. She joined HuffPost as an editor in 2011. She has also worked as a district representative for U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff; field investigator for the U.S. National Labor Relations Board; and political action coordinator for the Iron Workers International. She earned her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, where she studied International Political Economy, with an emphasis on Middle Eastern Studies. She earned her M.A. from Loyola Marymount, while simultaneously teaching full-time with Teach for America in South L.A.
