Kelley Benham French is the author, with her husband, of Juniper: The Girl Who Was Born Too Soon, to be published in September by Little, Brown. She is a professor of practice in journalism at the Media School at Indiana University. She was a 2014 Pulitzer Prize finalist in feature writing for the story of her daughter’s birth at the border of human viability. She lives in Bloomington, Indiana with her husband, the writer and professor Thomas French.
