Kelli Lee Sargent received a B.A in Sociology from the University of San Diego and was an ABA Certified Paralegal from 1997-2001. She attended University of San Francisco Sport Management Program for a Masters in Sport Management (2002-2004). Before working at Cedars-Sinai, she worked at the USC Athletic Department as a Marketing Coordinator. She now lives in Brentwood and is the Team Lead, of Event Planning at the Cedars-Sinai Community Relations and Development Department.

Motivated by her Mother’s 10 year battle with cancer and inspired by her continued courage, Kelli Sargent partnered with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 2005 to create run for her®. The run for her ® 5K Run and Friendship Walk supports ovarian cancer research, treatment and education at the Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program (WCP) at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute (SOCCI)
