Born and raised in Hong Kong, a city that defines itself by its devotion to food, Ken always loved to eat both Cantonese cuisine and Western dishes. From eating grew his full passion for all things culinary. His earliest cooking education came from observing what went on in his busy family kitchen for the daily traditional Chinese meals. Today, he uses the kitchen as a lab for creative expression, so what comes out of it can even surprise him.
Hungry Rabbit is his food blog based on a cook’s view of New York. Desserts are the main focus, which allows him to apply his architectural design sensibility to consumables. He also shares his interests in food travel and restaurant experiences--and his passion for all things food-related: inspirations, surprises, and everyday discoveries.
