Kevin J. Fleming, Ph.D., is President/CEO of Grey Matters International, Inc., a unique neuroleadership and transformational behavior change consulting firm. He is a former neuropsychologist-turned-professional coach who has served as a "thinking advisor" to high profile clientele, including professional athletes, politicians, Fortune 500 CEOs, and those in the entertainment industry around what is next when advice, self-help, and therapy have failed to change behavior.

He has spoken to Middle East business leaders and select cabinet members for the King of Jordan on the neuroscience of transformational thinking, and was requested to present at a climate change event attended by the President of Mexico. He has been a featured expert in The New York Times and the Christian Science Monitor, and has contributed to anthologies with Deepak Chopra and Stephen Covey. He received his BA, MA and PhD from the University of Notre Dame and enjoys in his spare time singing/songwriting.
