Lauren Selman is an award winning director/producer, actress, and entrepreneur. From acting to directing, Lauren has been involved in the arts her entire life; ever since her parents enrolled their too-shy child in a local a theater program. She has worked on live events, including The Oscars, Vancouver Olympics, Golden Globe Awards, Primetime Emmys, BlizzCon, American Idol Finale Party, ESPYs, Fox Upfronts, Teen Choice Awards and Cirque Du Soliel's "Iris" at the Rosebowl Parade. She is the Founder of Reel Green Media, LLC, an environmental consulting company dedicated to environmental responsibility in the entertainment industry. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, major motion picture studios, independent features, commercials and hit shows like "It's Always Sunny Philadelphia." She was named as a Woman Making A Difference by the Los Angeles Business Journal and is this year's Miss Congeniality and People's Choice Award winner at Miss Malibu USA. Her projects have earned various nominations, and awards including the Environmental Media Award in 2009 for the environmental work on Benjamin and Peter Bratt's "La Mission" and her work has been recognized by The BBC, NPR, Business Week, IATSE Bulletin, The Hollywood Reporter, and Reuters.
Selman has been a speaker for the United Nations Association, the National Alliance of Hazardous Waste Managers, The Association of Film Commissioners International, UCLA and other esteemed institutions.
