Lester Alemán is a diversity and inclusion strategist with over a decade of experience of developing strong diversity programs that support some of our country’s most vulnerable and overlooked populations. He has served as trainer and program director of The Posse Foundation’s Los Angeles office; talent development specialist at NBCUniversal; and national chair of young adult initiatives at GLAAD.
