Lindsay McCluskey President, United States Student Association

Lindsay is the President of the United States Student Association. She is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she earned a BA in Anthropology. She has been organizing for increased college affordability since her sophomore year in college, when she joined the UMass Amherst Student Government Association as a Senator. As a Senator, she helped to found PHENOM (the Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts), and has helped to organize students, faculty, and staff from across Massachusetts' system of public higher education. Lindsay was also a founding member of the Massachusetts Students Uniting statewide student association. During her senior year, Lindsay served as the Student Trustee on the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees. In the USSA, Lindsay served as Chair of the New England Region and was Vice President from 2009-2010.
