Liz Bouzarth is an assistant professor of mathematics at Furman University in Greenville, SC. As an applied mathematician, she enjoys connecting mathematics with other subjects. She does research in computational fluid dynamics applied to biological problems and has recently started additional interdisciplinary projects related to parking, health sciences, and sports analytics. Liz greatly enjoys working at a small liberal arts college where she knows her students and colleagues well and is encouraged to explore new areas of research interests involving students. She has been recognized for excellence in teaching undergraduates.
