Marina Theodotou is an entrepreneur and an economist (BA Honors, MA) with a Six Sigma Black Belt (Bank of America 2003) currently based in Nicosia, Cyprus. She is the founder and Curator of first TEDx event in Cyprus, TEDxNicosia (www.TEDxNicosia.com) and the owner of Curveball Ltd (www.curveballlimited.com) a strategic consultancy services provider focusing on lead generation, entrepreneurship and start-up strategy. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Operations at the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency. In this role she led efforts to get Cyprus listed for the first time in the World Bank Doing Business Report in 2009. Between 2004-2007 she was the Country Director of the Financial Services Volunteer Corps Amman, Jordan new office and Vice President in Strategic Benchmarking/Quality & Productivity at Bank of America in Charlotte, NC and NY, NY. In 2012 she is lecturing at the University of Nicosia on Business Skills Beyond Borders.
