A career-long evangelist in the online and technology industry, Mark Simpson is the Founder and President of Maxymiser, who introduced its revolutionary Conversion Management platform to the market in 2006. Prior to Maxymiser, Mark headed up online marketing and business development for Travelport, focusing in particular on the acquisition and integration of ebookers, Octopus Travel, Hotel Club and RatesToGo. After building up the travel brand’s reputation, Mark was charged with overseeing business development, search marketing and PPC for Travelport. In addition, Mark was previously part of the team that launched Hitwise in the UK market. As a thought leader in the conversion marketplace, Mark regularly speaks at major industry conferences and events around the world and has been quoted in various news publications such as MediaPost, iMedia Connection, Direct Marketing News, Wall Street Journal, to name a few. He graduated with a BCom Honours degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
