Mike Seager is an environmental management and community development specialist at Sun Mountain International and has extensive experience working with peers to find sustainable solutions to community projects. Sun Mountain International is a socio-economic development organization which partners principally with non-governmental organizations, government ministries, municipal governments, bi- and multi- lateral organizations and productive organizations.

Mike graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in International
Relations with a focus on Environmental Studies and a minor in Latin
American Studies. He has experience working in community education
programs and also has experience strengthening the institutional
framework as well as reporting and writing for two different monthly
newspaper publications. He also earned a certificate from the
Connecticut College Center for Conservation, Biology and Environmental Studies for his thesis about participatory democracy and sustainable forest land use planning in Argentina. Mike also has a background in policy research, writing and reporting and spent time as an intern on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in Washington D.C. and with the socio-economic development NGO FUNDAPAZ in Salta, Argentina.
