Mira Rapp-Hooper is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at Columbia University. She concentrates in International Relations with a focus in security studies. Mira holds a B.A. in History from Stanford University (2006) and an M.A. in Politics from NYU (2009). From 2007-2008 she was Assistant to the Vice-President of the Council of Foreign Relations. Mira's primary research interests are nuclear weapons and nuclear nonproliferation.
