Noam Biale is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was the Middle East Coordinator of the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project and a student advocate in the Equal Justice Capital Defender Clinic.

Prior to law school, Noam worked as a policy analyst and organizer for the American Civil Liberties Union's Program on Technology and Liberty, specializing in surveillance, Real ID, DNA databanks and other privacy issues.

Noam holds a degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. He tutored in the high school equivalency program at San Quentin State Prison in California and has written two original plays.
