Patricia M. Bombard, BVM, D.Min., is director of Vincent on Leadership: The Hay Project and an adjunct faculty member in DePaul University’s School of Public Service. She teaches courses and offers workshops in values-centered leadership in Chicago, abroad, and online. She previously worked in business, politics, journalism and higher education administration. She holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Spirituality and Spiritual Leadership from the Chicago Theological Seminary.

In addition to her training and teaching roles at DePaul, Dr. Bombard brings her background in spirituality, leadership, and administration to facilitating team building and inclusive strategic planning processes with small and large groups.
