Phoebe Lapine is a food writer, gluten-free chef, healthy hedonist, and author of the forthcoming memoir The Wellness Project (Pam Krauss Books / Penguin Random House, 2017). She documents her healthy recipes, gluten-free finds, and tips for finding balance beyond food on her award-winning blog Feed Me Phoebe. Phoebe is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, Food & Wine, Food52, LearnVest and Shape Magazine, sharing healthy recipes and easy strategies for feeling good about your food. Her recipes, writing, and cookbook have also been featured in Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Food & Wine, The New York Daily News, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, O! Magazine, and Glamour.
In January 2015, Phoebe launched The Wellness Project, a year-long blog series on how to balance health and hedonism.
Her first cookbook, In the Small Kitchen, was published by Harper Collins in May 2011, with a foreword by Ina Garten, who’s Food Network Show, The Barefoot Contessa, Phoebe has appeared on three times. In the Small Kitchen is now in its second printing.
