Prinz lectures about chocolate and religions around the world. Her book, "On the Chocolate Trail: A Delicious Adventure Connecting Jews, Religions, History, Travel, Rituals and Recipes to the Magic of Cacao" is in its third printing. The book is used in adult study, classroom settings, book clubs and chocolate tastings. Three fellowships and travel in several countries informed this research. The book explores how faith traditions (Catholics, Quakers, Jews and others) share consumption, ritual and business interests in chocolate. She blogs at onthechocolatetrail.org and elsewhere. Prinz is the Co-Curator for the Temple Emanu-El Bernard Museum exhibit of “Jews on the Chocolate Trail” scheduled for the fall of 2017.
