Ronald Urbach is the Chairman of the leading advertising law firm Davis & Gilbert LLP. He is also co-chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group. With over 30 years of experience, he represents numerous advertising agencies -– including those considered the world’s top creative agencies –- and some of the largest advertisers and marketers on all aspects of advertising law.

Mr. Urbach regularly counsels his clients on all aspects of the law in the creation, production and distribution of advertising, marketing and promotional materials. His practice involves appearing before the FTC, state Attorneys General, and other federal and local regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction over advertising, marketing and promotions. He has handled many of the most critical advertising and marketing practice cases in recent years, a number of which were joint FTC and/or multi-state actions.
