Russell is a senior partner in PwC’s Advisory Practice with 34 years of experience in the media, entertainment, communications, and financial services industries. He has several distinct roles in the firm:

• Lead Partner for various global media & entertainment clients.
• Advisor to PwC's entertainment, media, and communications industry leadership team.
• A senior member of PwC’s Advisory practice, focusing in areas such as business strategy, revenue growth, new business design and launch, business process controls, compliance (in areas such as consumer privacy) and risk management.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for Advertising Week, North America’s largest gathering of advertising and media leaders. The PwC "The Advertising Industry Business Transformation Series" forums at Ad Week are widely attended by both the creative and business sides of the house.

Recently, Russ was honored with the 2012 President’s Award, presented annually by the Advertising Club of New York.
