Sam Hodas works on Third Way’s Clean Energy Initiative as a Policy Advisor He comes to Third Way from the office of Representative Melissa Bean where he served as legislative assistant for energy, environment, transportation, agriculture, and small business issues. Previously, he worked in the U.S. Senate for Senator Tom Carper as a legislative aide concentrating on energy on environment issues, as well as implementing the Senate Recycling Caucus. Before coming to Washington, Mr. Hodas was on staff of former Delaware Lt. Governor John Carney’s re-election campaign. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2004 with a degree in history and economics.
