Sandra Ware

As Vice President for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Land & Private
Investments (previously Grubb & Ellis Co.), Sandra is currently handling
more than 300 acres of prime Delaware development/commercial land
for her clients. Sandra ensures professional, competent, management
of her Delaware based listings. Based in Sussex County, Delaware,
she teams with the company’s transaction and investment sales
professionals to offer clients an integrated real estate solution.
Prior to assuming her current role with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank,
Sandra served as a Commercial agent for Ocean Atlantic Companies
and led their growth into a separate Commercials sales division. During
this time period, Sandra successfully sold and settled over $30 million
of private investment real estate for her clients.

Before that, she was associated with CENTURY 21 for more than ten
years and consistently performed in the top 10% of all agents,
nationwide, winning numerous awards with that brand
