Sonia Ospina

Sonia Ospina, PhD, is a Professor of Public Management and Policy and Faculty Director of the Research Center for Leadership in Action at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. A sociologist by training, Dr. Ospina applies organization and management theories to public problem solving and governance. Her research focuses on leadership and social transformation, change in public management systems, and the craft of qualitative research. She most recently co-edited the volume Advancing Relational Leadership Research: A Conversation Across Perspectives in 2012.
