Stacey Nemour is a black-belt in Kung Fu, a highly respected martial artist/ flexibility expert and energy healer with over 25 years experience. She has been featured in numerous publications such as, "Inside Kung Fu," "Masters of Kung Fu", "Self" magazine and four issues of Kung Fu Tai Chi" Magazine. Stacey coaches pro-athletes, teams, dancers and Olympians. She has a popular DVD line where she teaches her flexibility training system. Her latest video is "Proven Flexibility Solutions for Dancers" Recently, The inventor of the StretchGym hired Stacey to perform in and create the stretching program in the DVD to go with the apparatus. She recently shot an updated version of "Secrets of Splits & Flexibility 1" for the European market, distributed by Body In Balance TV. She coached Ultimate Fighting Champion Vitor Belfort and the Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Team for their triumphant championship fights on pay-per-view television. She also has been flexibility coach other world-class athletes including NBA player Jalen Rose and the Los Angeles Galaxy Soccer team. In addition to appearing on Fox Sports 11 News and guest starring in the popular TV show "Power Rangers," Stacey worked as a stunt coordinator and fight double for Cybil Shepard on the TV show "Cybil."
