A mother, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and a Public Voices Fellow with the OpEd Project

I am a board certified pediatrician and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center/Geisel School of Medicine. I practice as a general outpatient pediatrician, seeing patients from birth to age 21. My educational journey includes a BS in Microbiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara; my MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine; and my pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. I have an interest in medical education, student affairs and diversity related issues in medicine. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Health Professions Education from Rutgers School of Health Related Professions and am a Public Voices Fellow with the OpEd Project.
