Stephen Claflin

Stephen Claflin graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in English in 1955. He published “A Radical Proposal for Full Use of Free Speech” (Philosophical Library) in 1979. In the 1980s he worked for a service organization for insurance companies. He sent meeting agenda items to member companies with recommendations for manual rule and policy form changes to comply with changes in car insurance laws. He decided we should also have public policy agenda items for public discussion and after his retirement in 1989, built his Weblog, thirdmillenniumagenda.us, a series of questions, toward this end.
