Susan Northover, RN, MHA, is Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services with the not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where she leads all of VNSNY Homecare’s patient care operations. Her days are spent working with senior leadership and professionals in the field to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided in the most timely, efficient and compassionate manner possible. Ms. Northover has more than 20 years of executive operational experience in the healthcare industry and has been a senior leader at VNSNY since 2010. She holds a Masters of Health Care Administration from University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
