Teague Paterson is a partner with Beeson, Tayer & Bodine, and represents labor unions in the public, private and agricultural sectors before their respective labor relations boards, in arbitration and before federal and state courts. Teague is active in matters involving public employee pension and other post-employment benefits, counsels unions regarding public pension and retiree health matters and bargaining, and handles significant litigation challenging the curtailment of public employees’ rights to receive their earned retirement security. He also counsels multi-employer “Taft-Hartley” employee benefit, retirement and health plans, and represents them in litigation involving ERISA claims, provider disputes and collections actions involving withdrawal liability, alter ego and contract interpretation issues.

Teague is a contributor to Employee Benefits Law treatise published by BNA, and serves as the Civil Practice and Procedure Subcommittee Co-Chair within the ABA Employee Benefits Committee and is a board member of the Workers Center of Central New York.
