Victor Salcedo is an intern at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin American Center. Before The Atlantic Council, he was a Project Assistant for the Latin American and Caribbean department at the National Democratic Institute (NDI). He is interested in national security, human rights, and the way social media networks and applications are changing Latin America. He earned a double bachelors degree in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia. Victor is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and is proficient in Brazilian Portuguese.
