William McNulty is the Vice President of Team Rubicon, the disaster response veteran service organization he co-founded after the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
Prior to Team Rubicon, McNulty was a civilian intelligence professional in Washington DC. He has worked in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Council’s Iraq Threat Finance Cell, and the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.
McNulty enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve after graduating from college. He graduated as the Honorman in boot camp and completed the School of Infantry as an Anti-Tank Missileman. He later lateral moved to Intelligence.
McNulty received his Bachelors degree in Economics and Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and his Masters degree in Government from The Johns Hopkins University. He is the recipient of the 2010 Johns Hopkins University Government Service Alumni Award and from 2006 to 2010 served as the Secretary of the Marine Corps Intelligence Association, where he organized collective action on behalf of the membership.
