Avril is a Director at Brikkels & Co. Leadership and Sales Consultant, Author, an Award Winning Sales Leader and Team Coach with 20 years’ experience in the IT industry working with global billion dollar corporations such as IBM, Microsoft and Computer Associates and can relate to a wide variety of clients.

Avril works with large corporate clients in the IT industry to transform underperforming sales teams to deliver business results and helps fast-growing start-ups to form new sales teams. Prior to establishing her own boutique sales consultancy, Avril headed up a Mid-Market business unit for a Fortune 100 organisation with responsibility for a revenue target in excess of $100M and led a team of frontline sales executives.

Avril Brikkels is passionate about transforming sales teams and leaders and gets great satisfaction from seeing people achieve their sales goals. Her success is attributed to her unique approach of bringing out the best in people and she does it in a way for people to feel good about and motivated by to deliver high performing sales results, for themselves and for their employer.

Avril is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with the International Association for NLP. Her training is based on Dr. Richard Bandler's material, the co-founder of NLP and Terry McClendon from NLP Australia. She is a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 3500 hours of coaching people and has a solid track-record of experience in Leadership, Team Strategy, Sales Execution, Marketing Management, Partner Channel and Distribution Management, Sales Operations, People and Relationship Management. Avril has Studied Foundationals in the AGSM MBA Program, Certified in Marketing and has studied Journalism in News and Social Media.
