Caribbean Delite: A Trini Restaurant

I have been living in America for 20 years, and since I have been in this glorious country, Caribbean Delite has been the place I go to if I want food from home: Trini food. Anything from roti, aloo pie, doubles, bake and shark, pepper sauce, and all the Trini sodas (soft drinks) are there and waiting for your pleasure.

Some days they even have lunches such as steam kingfish with rice and salad, or stew chicken with rice, red beans and salad. If I am lucky I can get kurma, a snack that I adore and can most times only find in Trinidad. This I know to be true, Caribbean Delite has always been there for me when I am homesick for my country's food, and it has been a staple in the community for over 20 years. So, if you ever want to try some well seasoned, tasty Trini food, check them out, and just make sure and bring cash as they don't accept credit or debit cards.
