Barry Parkin is the Vice President in charge of Mars Chocolate's global supply chain and sustainability programs. He oversees all sourcing and sustainability for Mars’ chocolate business. As part of this role he leads the company’s efforts to create sustainable global supply networks for key crops, including cocoa, palm oil, peanuts, dairy, coconut and sugar. During his 25 year career at Mars, Barry has worked in a diverse set of roles across engineering, business development, supply chain, HR and sourcing. Barry holds an Engineering Science degree from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Engineer (IMechE).
