By now it should be obvious. The Who Dats are just a little more passionate about the New Orleans Saints than professional sports fans in other cities. As much as I love Carnival Time, he just doesn't quite, er, nail that performance, and it's the only version of the song available on YouTube...
But in general, yes, I'm 100% in support of any Saints "remixes" of any canonical NOLA songs. In fact, I hear there's a musician working on a Saints "Iko Iko" remix as we speak...
