Ben Zalkind is a Los Angeles-based writer and editor whose interests run the media gamut, from the aesthetics of video games to the brilliance of South Park. He served as the Arts and Entertainment editor for The Daily Utah Chronicle, where he also wrote a motley array of pop culture criticism. Recently, he had a brief stint as an Associate Blog Editor with The Huffington Post. Ben graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah, and just completed his M.A. in Humanities from the University of Chicago. Currently, he is hard at work on several fiction projects.

I will never be president of the Harvard Law Review. I'm not a Rhodes Scholar. And I don't care whether a presidential candidate can do a kegstand from the roof of an apartment complex or nab a Caribou from her window while making her kids' lunches.
