Betsy Martin is a stay-at-home-mom by day, a lawyer by night and a cycling instructor in the wee-hours of the morning. She went from struggling through her first cycling class to enjoying a ½ ironman triathlon 34 months, and has her sights set on hitting 60 months of (mostly) healthy habits. She is passionate about health because, having lost it once, she is determined to take care of the only body she’ll ever have. Betsy lives in Durham with her two active boys, yoga-loving husband, and an incredible community of supportive fellow moms.
