Politicians all talk about "Entitlements" like we Seniors are getting this for free, and it is truly misleading! Everyone knows it's paid for but it's how the Govt. handles the fraud that makes the difference in its success or failure. Republicans and Democratics could make a difference in everyone's life by getting to the bottom of the problem fraud and corruption by care givers, insurance companies, and yes even the public that does not take an active part in prevention.

It still amazes me that when a republican talks about welfare all the rest of the republicans think he is talking about blacks. Don't they realize that these programs would not be allowed to exist if they were not predominately white. Yeah, i said it. I told the dastardly truth again. There are more whites on welfare than there are blacks. The GOP likes to pretend it it otherwise.

Bob --Welcome back! How about this for your full-throated outrage, the NDAA -- Senator Diane Feinstein's Amendment:

Democratic Senators who voted AGAINST Senator Feinstein's Amendment to:

"To limit the authority of the Armed Forces to detain citizens of the United States under section 1031". [without due process]

Begich, Blumenthal, Inouye, Landrieu, Klobuchar, Levin, Manchin, Nelson (NE), Pryor, Reed !, Stabenow, Whitehouse!!

Please, Bob, vent here on, say, ... Whitehouse, the man I thought might be President someday.

Boy, you really have it in for Cesca, huh?

I find his Obama cheerleading tiresome sometimes too, but overall, he's a lot of fun to listen to, and he and Chez are developing a good chemistry.

Still miss Elvis a lot though.
